It's usually a plugin for a CMS or blog you've installed on your site. Please list the plugins you have in the program and someone more knowledgeable will let you know which ones use too much CPU.

Yes, that could be why your site is down. Starka is the only server combined with Chopin for the new Chopin server. Cosssacks still has it's own server with the cluster (if I'm saying this correctly). Just look at the status updates here, and Cossacks is mentioned as functioning properly.

There have been several support threads this week about this problem, and the staff know about this problem. Unfortunately, getting it working again is in lower priority below getting the rest of the accounts migrated and working on the new server. Please wait until the Chopin server migration...

That news thread is for users on Chopin. The issue in this support thread is the server Cossacks, not Chopin.
