Where did you get that address? I just logged into my account panel and all it says under server status is "coming soon!" And there's no clickable link.

You are only allowed to have one free hosting account. As soon as an administrator sees this thread, they will tell you your options to resolve this problem.

At 123-REG there should be an option to enter or change the nameservers. That's where you'll enter the ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Click on the next step after you get that error message. I may not seem like a click-able link, but try it.

There have been several threads recently about this problem. When an administrator sees this support thread, there may be an offer of deleting your account and then recreating it. So far, that has appeared to work for everyone that had this problem.
