    I don't think x10hosting has blocked you. Your ISP might have something to do with this. Contact them. Or check your firewalls. This is something from your end, especially since you can access your site with a proxy.

    It's most likely that your hosting account was terminated/deleted. Unfortunately, there's no way to reestablish a deleted account. Feel free to sign up for a new account instead. Remember, it's required of you to log into these forums once every 31 days to maintain activity on your account...

    Add those domains into addon domains in your cPanel. There, make sure the settings point to the directories you want.

    There is something at the top to show what step you are in in the sign up process. After it tells you that your email is unavailable just click on the next step at the top. You'll be able to complete the sign up with no problems this way.

    If your account has been terminated/deleted, then you can resign up for a hosting account. You can still use your forum account to do it.

    You are required to log into the forums here once every 31 days. Logging into the account panel or cPanel does not count as staying active. If indeed your account was terminated and deleted, there is no way to restore any of your files. No backups are kept on terminated accounts.

    Actually the user will have to check if the previous account really is terminated. That way, the TOS won't be broken again by having a second hosting account, which is against the rules.

    Is it rejecting your username and password or are those links inaccessible? Try logging in here http://x10hosting.com/login.php with your forum username and password, and then click on the link to your cPanel.
