How is third party service error? show me where it say that in your terms of service. I though you support wordpress problems as well.

How do you set-up the name server's using dot.tk ? everytime i do it i get error messages can you send me a screenshot Please?

For Me i use dot.tk and it only likes ip address's . When i do name server's i get error messages

My third party domain doesn't like name servers only ip address for some reason .That's why i think the ip address is better then using name server's .

Try using the following ip address "you'll find this ip address in your cpanel When you login to setup your site" 198.91.81.3 the Dsn server's are correct ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com I'm a free service user mysoft and had this same question. Hope this helps you. good luck

Which ip address is the correct one ? 198.91.86.51 or 198.91.81.3 you have one shown on the builder that is 198.91.81.3 and the new one on this forum . So which one is the right one ? Thank you

That works for me . also the adon domain works in the x3 basic but not cpanel . Just though i would add that to this report Thank again for the help

When you switch between the cpanel to the basic you get this error Please contact support. This happen's when you go from basic to the cpanel . Let me know you need a screen shot
