Resolved Getting the "Apache is functioning normally" message (old Prime account)

@Anna The site is still good, but when I try to enter the WordPress backend via /wp-admin I get a http 500 error. I tried deactivating plug ins and the .htaccess file but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Resolved Getting the "Apache is functioning normally" message (old Prime account)

@Anna I really appreciate it - the site is up! I wasn't notified of the changes to Prime accounts, but I'll be sure to log in regularly going forwards. Thanks!

Resolved Getting the "Apache is functioning normally" message (old Prime account)

Posted in Prime members forum but thought I should post here too: Account was set up as a Prime account in March 2014, and I understand you migrated your servers but the site is no longer accessible at the new server (x12.x10hosting.com). Any way to get this site restored?

    Caching is killing me

This finally did the trick for me - added to .htaccess at root (public_html): <filesMatch "\.(html|htm|js|css)$"> FileETag None <ifModule mod_headers.c> Header unset ETag Header set Cache-Control "max-age=0, no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate" Header set Pragma "no-cache" Header set Expires...

    Caching is killing me

Thanks. Tried it in the root htaccess and the theme folder but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

    Caching is killing me

I make css edits and can see the updates aren't reflected in the active stylesheet...for a long time. Eventually they show up but it makes working on a site nearly impossible. I'm all in favor of caching but not if I can't turn it off. Is it going to stay this way or can we expect an improvement?

Definitive way to get x10 hosted sites to send contact form email (hosted elsewhere)

I've also noticed I get emails from one Visual Form Builder form on a wordpress site, but not another. Both are configured the same. Can anyone comment on why that would be? And provide the best practice for getting emails to be received consistently from an x10 site?
