This was set up as a Prime account in March 2014, and I understand you migrated your servers but the site is no longer accessible at the new server (x12.x10hosting.com).
Any way to get this site restored?

Posted in Prime members forum but thought I should post here too:

Prime was a one year plan, it was also discontinued sometime 2015 if I'm not mistaken, after that all accounts was in reality free accounts although the users that had an active subscription at the time it was discontinued was allowed to keep the perk of not having a login requirement.

This is now required after the migrations and in early march we removed all accounts that had seen no login activity in the past 60 days.

Due to there being no warning emails as those are part of the automated, currently halted, system we said we'd this time allow for a restore if requested within reasonable time.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

@Anna I really appreciate it - the site is up! I wasn't notified of the changes to Prime accounts, but I'll be sure to log in regularly going forwards. Thanks!

@Anna The site is still good, but when I try to enter the WordPress backend via /wp-admin I get a http 500 error. I tried deactivating plug ins and the .htaccess file but that didn't help. Any ideas?

I'm just guessing but sounds like either your database might be broken for wordpress.

or maybe it related to using https instead of http in wordpress.
the x10hosting no longer supports https.
so if you use that protocol you need to change it to http for it to work.

I went in and took a look, appears that you may need to update wordpress, which will be easier when you can login.

I had to downgrade your php version a bit, your account was set to 7.2 Native which is the default on DirectAdmin, it is now set at 7.0 and the login form appears for me.
