Can you let us know what IP address you are signing up with, if it differs from the IP you posted this thread from? We have the IP address your thread was created from, and there was one signup about 45 minutes after your thread was created. I cleared the history for the IP, can you try again?

Your file view_members.php used nearly 100% of a CPU multiple times for about 30 seconds each occurrence. This trigger the system to suspend the account on both occasions.
