prime acount got suspended for inativity for one month??

hi even though i have your prime membership my account got suspended for inactivity due to one month. your site says that for prime membership no forum login rule implies. please let me know the reason .

I'll have to forward this to higher ups, with Prime you are not supposed to need to login to the forums to keep the account active.

Seem something has gone wrong in the system that checks for inactivity, it should ignore users with the Prime Memebership active on their forum accounts.

Your account was suspended as a result of your forum account not being within the correct usergroup. We are investigating why your usergroup was changed but it looks like only your account was affected. I have corrected the change and this should not happen again.
