I do not see "bingyahoogoogleask.com" added under your account as an addon or parked domain. Your index file within public_html is meta redirecting to bingyahoogoogleask.com, which displays the error page because it isnt added to your account. Add bingyahoogoogleask.com to your domains to fix...

I do not see the addon domain added to your account within cPanel. It will not work until it is added within cPanel. It is properly set up with co.cc at this time.
