I cannot offer any help other than to confirm I receive the same error. I've emailed support@x10hosting.com days ago and have yet to receive a response.

Please help. I uploaded a file (other.html) which is only 278kb. Yesterday I successfully overwrote the previous version. Today I re-uploaded in order to overwrite again and I receive the "Warning: Quota limit reached. File(s) may be empty." Sure enough the file shows as 0 bytes in file manager...
