We have. As stpvoice mention, the inactivity rule is present to help us single out inactive accounts. It used to be a 14 (or 21) day inactivity rule, but now it's a 31 day inactivity rule. It's a compromise between you not wanting to log in and us wanting to find out which accounts are active...

I currently see your account as unsuspended. Sometimes, the processing queue for our system can fill up and the processing of actions, such as unsuspension can take some time.

Since you are thinking of going premium, I'd add to Skizzer's reply by saying that you should go to x10premium and contact them (free, premium and vps are independent) directly, either by ticket, email or live chat.

Unfortunately we found a phishing website on your account. Not only are these type of website agaisnt our Terms of Services, but they are also illegal. Your account is suspended pending deletion. It is not possible for you to obtain any backup of any data that was present on your account.

Oops, we're sorry, your comment was pushed down by other content so fast that I did not see it until now. Anyways, I've talked to the CEO, and he said he'll update the x10premium website ASAP, meaning as soon as he gets a minute to breathe away from free hosting.
