404 error appears when I'm trying to access my site right now: https://www.totalsocial.ca/beta/. It always returns to be an 404 error, even though the file already exists on the server.

Hello. Can you please disable that function. The reason is that users won't be able to edit their embedded video. Also, this happens when users edit their video, not when they add the video. This is really frustrating.

When I want to input the subdomain: support.totalsocial.ca, into my zendesk account,I always get a failure message. I checked and checked my dns settings. It's all pointing to my zendesk subdomain. Why is that? Can anyone tell me why? Zendesk keeps on telling me it's because it's an MX...

I've been experiencing 403 errors after registration, and I've been wondering if the admins could tweak mod_security on my server, so that I can gain access to this page. This is very annoying and frustrating. I've tried all your solutions, and nothing worked. Guessing the last resort is...

I believe this is caused by mod_security. Is it possible that the admins can tweak the mod_security to make this page accessible again? I need this page to be accessible because I want users to sign up for my site! A reply would be nice. Waiting for 2 days now. Thanks! :)
