I've always coded websites dynamic websites with PHP. Before I started with PHP I have a little look at ASP but basically I hated it. I don't think I'll ever try ASP or ASP.Net. I also find PHP a lot easier to learn, whenever I need help I just have to google it and I almost instantly then...

I have always just used a mixture of both. It just depends what I am doing, if it is something quick that I'm doing then I'll simply use normal HTML. Anything more complicated, I'll use XHTML. Thing is I never notice I'm doing this so, yeah. I like both.

Can we please get back on topic now!! Thanks Anyway, I think they are OKish in that you can have 1 frame to display loads of photos which means you don't clutter up the place. But then they are also totally pointless and they just waste power.. :)
