It looks like that site requires a .ac email address, which is something I don't have. The site I posted doesn't require a .ac email address and is even cheaper :-P

Hi, You have got the hostname correct. But the username is wrong, You need to create a MySQL User in the 'MySQL Databases' section of cPanel, your MySQL username will be in the form [cPanel-username]_[whatever-you-want].
