Livewire is correct. The PHP memory limit on free hosting is set at 32MB, and there is no way to change it at the moment. There shouldn't be that many scripts that need to use 32MB of memory (Uninstalling some mods/plugins from Drupal may help).

Hi, We have no control over which version of phpMyAdmin is included in cPanel. Only cPanel would be able to upgrade that, and I don't think they will plan to do it soon. However you could try uploading the latest version of phpMyAdmin to your account and running it yourself.
