I know you didn't mention hosting it on x10, but I was just making it clear in case people wanted to host this script on x10, and it would be against the TOS because it links to copyrighted material.

You will not be able to run a Radio Station on x10's Free Packages. You will need to buy a VPS, or use a computer that you have at home. Also make sure that you have the rights to broadcast any tracks that you play.
