Look in the error log found in cPanel and see if there are any errors about blacklisted functions.

You can setup a redirect in cPanel. It is under the "Domains" category.

What are the permissions on the file you are trying to save to?

The pages need to be visible on pages your users will go to. Not having it on googlehostedservice.html is fine since people wont go there.

Oh. Didn't realize your backup is that huge. Download a ftp client like filezilla and upload the file with it.

That move was a really long time ago so the backups have more than likely been deleted.

Did you generate the backup with cPanel?
