There is no hosting account linked to this username; do you remember what cPanel username it was under? Did you receive a suspension notice via email? If so, when did you receive it?

About all I can suggest is to clear browser cache and flush dns - I can view the site fine, and tracing the connection confirms it's on starka. More than likely what you're seeing is either local DNS caching or ISP DNS caching; if it's local, flushing dns will fix it. If it's ISP, the ISP...

Or the disk quotas haven't updated properly. Given that I've actually checked the server and confirmed the account is using about 70mb (I didn't have it get me an exact number), my guess is cPanel's just not showing an accurate disk usage statistic at the moment. Other than that, the problem...

I also want to ask, where was this in the OP's cpanel? I just checked softaculous on Boru and Clipbucket is -not- available for installation. And yes, to put it as bluntly as we can, ffmpeg will not be added to free hosting. Ever. It's only use would be for clipbucket or youtube clones...

You broke the law with a phishing page, so we resolved it by suspending your account. That's about all there is to it.

Side note; remote mysql OUTGOING works (as in connecting from x10hosting to a mysql database elsewhere). INCOMING (as in a game server connecting to a database on x10hosting) will not. Just clarifying that cause it does make a difference depending on the application :)

I'll close it, but as a side note the servers are actually in central USA. I believe the status system uses GMT for everything though. Closed by request.

No idea on site count, but at least on free there's no credit card details :) And yeah, the network's not 100% stable yet so I expect a few problems, and you are indeed on starka (I can still trace a url, it just doesn't load if you try to view it) :)

Worst part is I remember that happening in the past, was NOT a good day for x10 XD Although that was with a different datacenter. Also, last ticket update came in not long ago, some services are starting to come back up but it's not 100% there yet, so they're still poking around :)

Sadly the DC didn't give us one; after looking into the ticket we have on it, it looks like it was a scheduled 15 minute upgrade that went sideways. The last update we have is that progress is being made but there's not an ETA yet; that to me says it's something that wasn't part of the upgrade...

There's an ongoing unplanned network issue at the datacenter; it's being worked on, but it's out of our hands. The actual servers themselves should be fine, they're just inaccessible cause the network went down.
