Do you have any mails from Google stating why you are not approved?? They used to send one when you get approved or disapproved.

I will suggest you to use your own logo instead of that default mybb logo.And as ichwar said your blog seems to be suspended.

Please check your file permissions and set it appropriately (CHMOD your files)

About your mygallery.html : Your graphics looks nice, but using a lot of frames is not a good idea.Why not just use a gallery or a LightBox solutions? Good Luck :)
