For tutorials and articles I would recommend nettuts+. When they make a tutorial about something it's as good as it gets because they do it form bigging to the end flowed by a full source code you can test. On the other hand they make tutorials for useful things like how to make a login system...

Did you know that PHP ignores permissions form the server? That means if you set chmod of any folder to block everything your PHP script will still be able to access it.

Re: How do you sleep at night. It's 4 AM right know and I'm still awake :) Generally I go to sleep around 6 AM and wake up at 4 PM (like a vampire ROFL!). Sometimes I don't see daylight for weeks LOL! The reason for that is that I mostly work at home so I don't have to get up early :)...

Many times people misunderstood smilies in my posts so I had to explain them. That's one of the reasons I don't like to discuss on the forums. To be completely honest, I don't have time for serious discussions on forums.

50 million visitors doesn't mean much when it comes to questions like this, monthly bandwidth is the right word. We need to know how much bandwidth your site consumes on a monthly basis. On the other hand you have to contact the x10Hosting stuff directly or make a support ticket about it...

I don't agree with you about the JS. It's more popular now then ever before and there's a good reason for that too. When Mootools, jQuery, Prototype, ... and other JavaScript frameworks came out we saw how useful it can be. Facebook, Gmail, Joomla, WordPress, ... you name it, they all use...

First of all I don't believe that PHP will be replaced with something new at least for 5 more years because PHP will adopt any new technology and implement it into it's core. It's most widely used programming language for the web right know, it's similar to C-like languages, and it's powerfull...

The only reason why almost all websites support IE is because web designers (like myself) are working really hard to achieve that. From designers point of view IE is garbage that needs a lot more work to become a good browser. Almost everything I make works exactly the same in Opera, FF, Chrome...
