Those numbers are maximum download rates you can get. If you want to know how to calculate it yourself (I mean if you haven't figured it out by now) just divide kbps with 8 and you'll get KB/s. For example: 1 mbps = 1024 kbps 1024 / 8 = 128 so 1 mbps = 128 KB/s
