Backups completed a lot quicker than I previously thought. Working on getting cPanel back to normal, may need to do an upgrade of it.

Just an update, backups are still running and will probably go for another 8-12 hours.

Going to now apply some new firewall rules, this will cause a couple minutes of downtime.

I will be doing some maintenance on the web servers, there should only be a few seconds of interruption while the web servers fail over to their alternates.

Account inactivity is based off of when you last logged into the forums... from checking the logs it looks like your new account was linked to an older forum account that hadn't logged in for a while so when the scripts ran it suspended you. We'll look into fixing this for the future.

Services should be back online, we're still doing some tweaks though.
