Apparently, the government is going to try and persuade BT to make the system 'fibre to the street exchange' (like Virgin Media), rather than fibre to the local exchange, which can be over 10 miles away in places. There's an article on BBC news somewhere.

I think this means you need to upgrade your php config. You go to your account management panel, and in the bottom left, follow the instructions. I think intermediate level will work.

Hmm.. I used to use mcafee, then norton, then antivir... mcafee kept misreporting javascript, norton was too expensive, antivir kept advertising at me.... I now use AVG 7.5, but it can use up too much system res from time to time... is this NOD32 less resource heavy? (messy post D:)

Overall nice design. Though if you have problems displaying on Firefox you're going about it all wrong ;P

I think the banners are too big for what they actually have in them...? Also, is there a reason for the text being stuffed to the right side of the box? And I agree with relisys with blending the background of the image with the actual background of the site. Nice navbar though :)
