You can't transfer to x10 since its not a domain registar, but you can point the domains to x10 by changing the nameservers and adding the domain in cPanel, but if you're actually wanting to transfer registars, most of those companies offer a paid option for that.

I don't think it is in a clean installation since it is noted as one of the new Vista fonts, but I think Office 2007 and some other programs install it though

I think Calibri is only preinstalled on Vista though
