do you have anything that people would hotlink, such as images or videos? some feel that they don't need to put those kind of things on their own host, thus draining others. take a look at the hotlink section in cpanel, so only your account can use those files.

the example works fine in every browser except ie6. trust me, i've had to deal w/ it before. not a happy time. i was thinking position:fixed; bottom:0px;. that will make it stay at the bottom of the page even when you scroll, but ie6 didn't like position:fixed :/

take a look at fluxbb. it's really easy to integrate into an existing site, it's lightweight, but it doesn't have all the features you want (pm, etc), but a lot of them can be added to it by extensions. the current version is 1.2.21 iirc, and 1.3 is being renamed to 2.0 which is being billed...
