Thanks this third month they send an email to say I have not signed in for a month but when I do it still shows the same message of multiple accounts. The website is still there and I can ftp to it. Just don’t know what they are doing.

Thanks I really did not understand it all, I had mine for years and two friends needed a website so knowing they don’t really use internet and would not check each month I did it for them from two new separate emails that I could check for them. This month when I signed in that notice came up...

Yes I have discord and chatted to Eric who gave me a url to put in request which I did the one you saw.

Do you know if I put my request in the correct place and is it just a matter of being patient and waiting? Will they inform me or how will I know etc.

Thank you, I have hopefully reported to the right place which account I want to continue with. I did find it confusing where to ask for the ban to be lifted hopefully it will be seen. Once again thanks.
