Your hosting account muxros is linked to the forum account celmovil, not muxros. You will need to request the deletion from that forum account. As for why your website is inaccessible, the server you are on, cossacks, is being moved to a new server. All account will be inaccessible during the move.

Could you describe what is included in the zip archive? As for the addon domain, you can choose how you want to set up the directories, and it makes almost no differences.

Hello nelsonduong, some files have been moved from cossacks to Fris, but they have not been fully unpacked yet. Once the files are unpacked, you will be able to manage your website, from the new server.

The script is not referencing to the right file using the right path. You must either manually edit the script so that it uses the right path or change extension.

It seems to be a DNS configuratin problem, I'll escalate your thread.

Look in the public_html/bsc/ directory for a file that looks like "htaccess" and rename it to .htaccess . This should solve your problem.

make sure it is enabled in the drupal configuration, and check that the .htaccess file exists. No server changes should have changed that option.
