looks really cool, but on the little cloud moving around the logo, maybe you shouldn't let it outside the main content area, because it makes the site sloppy.

go for a smaller text on the logo. maybe also lower the opacity on the gradient for the logo. Edit: make the logo's text smaller, and perhaps make the gradient a bit lower in opacity.

its hard to see "Smart" in the logo. the plants in the background clearly dont match with gray. find something else, preferably something bluish or purplish. maybe some effect like that of in the logo.

css is screwed up. don't use a flash logo. get rid of all of those repeating background images, make it a plain dark blue. dont have a red logo with a blue theme.

Well, here is my little experiment. Hope you like it.

it's a bit too, you know, WIDE. i think the max size for a website should be about 900 px in width. I like the graphics, but you should probably move the space between the two logo words to 0 px (no space) and get rid of that "replace with your logo"

usually, in the web 2.0 world, using a actual photograph for a logo is a no-no. Usually you just go with glossy text with a few simple effects.

looks nice. maybe you should make the text up top have a black to white gradient with 25% opacity. :p

the theme is nice, yet maybe you should dim/blur the header a bit.

layout looks tacky. try separating things better, use more graphics, and use regular text instead of that weird text thats hard to read.

it looks sorta like its too glossy, perhaps you should make it simpler.

hm. On the enter page, where the neck of the girl touches the black, make it fade out.
