You can replace it with your own index, you just need to copy and paste our ad code into the file. You can get our ad code from the AMP (Login with your Forum details on the x10 homepage).

SMTP is currently down on Stoli which is why you cannot send e-mails.
I have posted a thread in the Staff Forum so when an Admin gets online they will be able to fix it.
Exim (which manages mail sending) is down on Stoli at the moment, which is probably why your e-mails are not being sent.
I'll contact an Admin and see if they can get Exim back online.
We rarely allow PHP v3 because it is a security risk. So unless you have a very good reason and show that you know what you are doing it is unlikely that you will get it.
proc_open() is a serious security risk because it allows users to run commands on the server.
The only alternative is shell_exec(), but that is only available in the advanced PHP config which is rarely given out.

I am not sure why you are getting the Bandwidth Exceeded message. You would of had to have used 10GB in one day, which would be very hard. Maybe an Admin will be able to reset it.
