We can't speed up the account creation process. Your account is still pending, so the system still knows it there. There was an issue recently with one of the servers that caused the account creation process to slow down. This has been resolved, and all you can do is wait.

I'm not exactly sure "how" we can help you. In theory, any application should work just fine, as you still connect to a normal server. There isn't anything we can really do for support of 3rd party applications and scripts, which is why i initially suggested getting help from whoever developed...

The load balanced web server should not effect any scripts, as each server is identical, and the load balancer will always redirect the same connection to the same server. You may need to contact the support for the software and ask about the error.

On paid, you would get a warning and then if you continued they would lock down your account and probably tell you to go to a vps. Otherwise you could probably do a wide variety of things in the shell, like console based administrating of databases, compiling C/C++ programs(possibly for CGI), etc
