Yes it is possible. You can set-up one of the sites normally, then set-up the 2nd site in a sub-folder in the public_html directory. Then add an Add-On domain in cPanel and when it asks you for the folder path put in the path to the 2nd website's folder.

You need to delete the index.html file, that would be shown before a file named index.php

If you mean reseller hosting then no. If you purchase a VPS then you may be able to use that to run your own hosting company but you will have to check with Brandon about that.

I use AdBlock Plus as well. I hate adverts so AdBlock Plus is a must.
