They're having server issues for the past few days, my sites been offline for 4 days now. The reply in my ticket said they'd have it sorted within a few days after they've done some maintenance on the servers. So it should get sorted soon hopefully.

This has been discussed a few times, and as what I've had replied to me in a ticket is that they're doing maintenance and things should be sorted within a few days. Sux I know, nothing we can do cept wait unfortunately. :-(

I've had the same issues for the past few days, but an admin answered my ticket and said that things should be sorted in a few days after they finish sorting out maintenance. So hopefully it'll all be sorted soon, :-)

Well it was fixed, for a time. Now a new problem has arisen (and yes I have a ticket in about it). Don't know if anyone else has this issue yet but my entire sites gone dead. I can't even access via ftp (less I use Stoli's old IP then everythings fine). They finally got the server up again...

Totally agreed, specially considering they've got 8 servers to cover. That'll be a hell of a lot of accounts and sites. Least the php front is being looked into atm, I got a answer to my ticket about it.

Well, I don't know about anyone else but it seems my sites back up. Cept of course, like many many other people a LOT of files were missing and also the lovely php security issues are back, even though I like many others are on level 2 its coming up with security issues from level 1, lol...

One thing you do (which is what I did), is ftp direct to Stoli's IP (which is listed as 216.245.212.210) and you'll find ALL your files still intact there. Seems the DNS issue is still pointing peoples websites to a different IP and NOT the server they're actually on. (Apparently every site is...

Yup, loads of people are having the same problem. Hopefully they'll have it all sorted soon and everyones accounts will point to the correct places where all their files are now stored. (FTP direct to the server your account is with and you'll see the IP is different - its the one your account...

Many of us are all suffering the same problems, seems the servers have gone bananas in the past 2 days. Peoples files are mysteriously vanishing, and IP addresses are not pointing to the proper servers anymore. I've got a ticket in about this an am waiting for someone to hopefully sort it out...
