As long as you have permissions to use the pictures and only you can upload pictures to the gallery, it should be fine. Also, the images must conform to the rules in our Terms of Service. (mainly no 18+ content)

Can you tell us the cPanel username you were using and which domain(s) you had assigned to it? Unless we are moving accounts around, we don't back up free accounts.
