Are you putting your cpanel username(not sure where you got subdomain from) before the username and database name. eg: <?php /* Declare Variables */ $host = 'localhost'; // will always be this $username = 'user'; // database username $password = '123'; // database password $dbname = 'testdb'...

The Apache default home page usually shows when Apache is restarting. It could take about a hour to restart this service. If it still shows after an hour then try clearing cache and flushing your DNS.

You can do it either through the Account Management Panel or do as Chris said. The only disadvantage of setting it as the main domain for the account is that you loose the x10 subdomain. So if the domain name expires you don't have a 2nd option to fall back on.

The honest truth of the matter is there are far to many accounts on the server Stoli. We remove inactive/illegal accounts where we can and as Chris said we suspend abusive members and those that hog resources.
