Hello, I would assume so, from what i can see here you haven't been suspended again. :) I'm going to close this thread now since your issue seems to have been resolved with those new entries, let us know if you have any other problems.

Your account was found to be sending out thousands of emails which were bouncing back and getting stuck in the mail queue. This causes server issues and prevents our other users from using our services correctly.

Have you tried deleting the directory and re-creating it..?
