I should quick note that if it is indeed suspended for inactivity, if you read the suspension message, you -can- unsuspend yourself by logging into the account panel. There should be a "request unsuspension" button in there (not sure of the exact page) as inactivity is NOT a permanent...

Nulled scripts fall under warez which is currently covered by the zero tolerance policy. In accordance with the TOS, the account has been permanently suspended, and no further access can be permitted for any reason.

Just as a side note, if the code to the files contains the words "Nulled by trioxx," it's nulled. The easiest way to identify nulled software is to find the actual homepage of the company who made the software, and if it costs $ and you just got it for free, it's not legal.

We cannot, as the script l_backuptoster.php is a mail-bombing script. You cannot be unsuspended as the script is nice enough to include what was being spammed - viagra and cialis, without abiding by the CanSPAM act or our acceptable use policy.

You can host minecraft servers on a VPS but not on free or premium/prime/illuminated hosting. Only a Dedicated VPS would work as well, as only the Dedicated ones are suitable for hosting high-drain servers such as minecraft.

Another quick note to make is the first warning will expire automatically after a bit (it's either 12 or 24hr I forget which), so if you would happen to have problems with it again in a year (for instance), it won't still be holding that 1 warning against you :)

The warning counter should reset after roughly 12 hours; it's very unusual for someone to actually make it to 3 anymore cause they have to pretty much hit the limit, get suspended, immediately unsuspend, repeat twice. Major differences between paid/unpaid? More databases, more addon/parked...

The site you linked was removed because they are currently actively distributing copyright infringing content. The audio may have been altered, but the video to it is still copyrighted by the original authors, and its redistribution would still be illegal.

The cPanel tutorials were created by cPanel and actually have no audio to them; that's not something we can control. They seem to prefer to use pop-up speech bubbles to tell you what they're doing, which obviously isn't always ideal.

I can explain it very simply, because the suspension message itself explains it too: Bandwidth is -not- mentioned as a reason for the HRU suspension to be applied, because it is not factored into high resource usage. Ticket closed; good luck at your new host.

Corey will finish moving the servers to php 5.3 by the end of the week. You can't do anything to speed the process up as it's a configuration change on the server, which requires admins to change.

Go into your .htaccess file; it's erroring because of the DirectoryIndex index.php. Change it to DirectoryIndex index.php index.html index.htm, or remove it altogether, and it should start workinga gain.

On #2 if you mean apache/php modules, we cannot activate/deactivate them by request as they affect the entire server. If there's one you need that isn't activated, we can't turn it on.
