Are you using localhost as the MySQL server? That often happens if you use a IP to access a local MySQL server.

That's where the problem is. You are trying to connect to the server at 216.39.58.201. Which isn't ours. It is a AltaVista server.

We don't move accounts between servers. The only other server you could use would be stoli if you switch to ad-enhanced.

We don't allow remote MySQL connections. The Remote MySQL page is a part of cPanel and I don't think it can be removed.
