I think it's because your site is still accessible via http and not https only. In cloudflare under crypto is Always Use HTTPS on? And Automatic HTTPS Rewrites - on?

In cpanel change your theme and the stats with either be visible on the left hand side or you may need to then click statistics on the left to load the page.
