If you set your domains to use the ns1 and ns2.x10hosting.com ones it shoudl allow you to add them now. If you still have issues please re-open this or create a new thread.

Hello, The problem is most likely because we do not allow .x10hosting.com addon domains anymore. However, if you let me know what folder it is supposed to point to I will add it for you since you had it before this new restriction.
