Hello, This should be resolved. Also all of your files were set to 777 permissions which was causing a 500 error. I have reset them to 755... however you should go through and make sure they are correct for your installation.

Hello, Regarding your two parked domains, how do you have them pointed to us? I see you're using your own DNS. When I ping the domains neither currently resolve to our servers. Please list the databases that are missing so we may restore them from backups.

Hello, What is the domain name you are having issues with? Also, what are the databases that are missing? Regarding helping others, there is a thread in the 'useful information' section of the forum that explains the usergroups if I remember correctly.
