x10 does not maintain backups for free accounts. It is up to each individual to maintain their own backups and these backups should be kept on your own PC or Cloud account, not your x10 account.

If your account went past the allotted time for lifting the suspension, it has automatically been removed from the server. You will need to reapply for an account and rebuild your site. You may be able to rebuild using your backup, if you kept it on your local computer.
