Since the problem is with cPanel, it would depend upon the amount of time it takes to fix their software. They are a leading control panel company, I would assume no more than 12-24 hours.

If you delete your forum account, your hosting will be terminated because you won't be able to sign in every two weeks.

Don't use resource intensive software, for example: Wordpress is fine but if you install 10 add ons, it'll begin to use a lot of resources.

Oh, do you have a dedicated IP address? I don't believe x10 has any servers with that IP.

What server are you on? Edit: If you don't know, what's the IP address and we can tell you.

You'll just have to wait. It's very difficult to solve server issues, especially ongoing ones. Check the thread every few minutes. I promise staff is working as hard as they can to resolve this issue.

As Christopher said, there is no limit on the number of files you can have. Did you receive a specific error message when trying to store a file?

The 99% uptime is no guarantee on free servers. Paid accounts do have this guarantee. You are limited by the space (500mb) your account is allowed. Do you have any more questions? Regards, Justin
