I think the post is saying to go to the admin panel and choose to use secure cookies, and then it should automatically start using SSL.

Did you buy this domain from x10hosting?

Login to the account panel: http://x10hosting.com/panel.php There you should see your suspension reason. If it's not for nulled software or anything major, you should be able to unsuspend yourself. If it's for inactivity, please remember to login to the forums once every 14 days (two weeks)...

I do not know how to make the board SSL but I can tell you that when visitors go to your Web site, they'll get an untrusted certificate warning because you cannot have a SSL Certificate on Free Hosting.

I do not think it was an inside job. Any major event such as that will cause a major controversy and government doubts. I'm sure it was a terrorist attack. However, I do think it could have been prevented.
