Please log into http://x10hosting.com/account using forum user name and password and request to be upgraded from "Basic" php (which you have) to "intermediate". This should solve this issue.

No the upgrade will happen automatically. This will take place as soon as the accounts are moved.

This is usually cause by a permissions problem. Please be sure you have the correct permissions set for the files. 755 is what they should be set to.

The servers have there own certificates. We had a member mention this earlier and Corey had made it clear that the servers " Do indeed have certificates".

I would suggest using an FTP client such as filezilla or something similar. There is no limit on the file size. You are only limited to the size by how much disk space you have left. Using an ftp client seems to render better results.

The cpaddons configurations are no longer supported with the latest cPanel. We at x10hosting don't use it.

The point i am trying to make is we are not taking any chances with those type files. Keyloggers are just that. They allow keystrokes to be read by the "hacker" thus getting vital information from an unsuspecting victim. Would you like that done to you? I think not.
