I am seeing this account being suspended for "rapidshare" . We do not allow this on our servers. You will need to make a suspension lift request using the "x10" drop down menu in the navigation bar.

I am guessing you failed to read the terms of service. You do not have to post but need to log in once every two weeks.

I would suggest trying to sign up again. Use this url first http://x10hosting.com/logout If you did not confirm the account within a certain time frame the link goes dead and will not work.

Ok i have also fixed your cPanel. When you added the domain there was no need to add the "www" as well. I have removed that and have also checked and made sure that the dns zone for artendred.com does exist. So once the nameservers are pointing to your x10hosting account you should be all set...

Make sure the nameservers are set to ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com I will look and make sure you have it set up right. What was the original domain name before the change?

This issue has been resolved. I removed the redirect from your cPanel and set it up properly.

I have fixed this issue and also removed the redirect. You should be all set.

Please log into here http://x10hosting.com/account using your forum user name and password and request to be upgraded from "basic" (the current php you have) to "Intermediate" this can take 12-24 hours so please be patient.

I would suggest using an FTP client.

If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension. You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated. If this is the case you then can use this link...
