Lotus is back online but Cossacks is still offline... Edit: Cossacks is now back online!!!

Not sure why it is down, bin tryin 2 find out myself but Cossacks is unfortunately not the only server that is down at the moment. Lotus is also down and Stoli might be aswel. Dont know what is causing all these problems!?!

Personally I like both XP and Vista but i cant stand the Mac OS.

Lotus; Cossacks and Stoli!!! All three of these appear to be offline at present.

The only problem that was reported on lotus today was with the ftp but that was fixed hours ago. Im also on lotus but have had no trouble at all. The message that is diplayed at the top of the x10hosting account management panel is apparently something to do with tracking problems and security...

I have just been talking to support and they said that they will get back to me but they didnt seem to know that there was a problem!! Edit: Lotus is working again. The FTP has been fixed. Even if your account manager says differently.

I am also on lotus and have been having similar problems. As far as i can tell it has got to do with the upgades that are being done by x10. I will try and find out what is going on and lets hope it is running properly again soon!!!

Cossacks is just offline. That's all. Not sure how long it will be till it is back online again.

To terminate your hosting account you just have to leave it inactive for two weeks and it will be terminated automatically. As for your forum account open a request for this in a support ticket at: http://support.x10hosting.com/

I am sorry to tell you that there is not much you can do except be patient. The problem was caused by a hard drive failure and could take a couple of days to be fixed. Your website should be working again in a few days.

Im not aware of a major problem on Cossacks but lotus has been showing the same status as you have reported on Cossacks for the last two weeks yet nothing that is reported offline is actually offline. I believe that it has not been fuctionong since the cpanel update was done. They are presently...

When you go to your control panel click on file manager and a box will open up titled:"File Manager Directory Selection" with a few options such as "Please select a directory to open:" this should be set to what ever your domain is and below that is the option: "show hidden files (dot files)"...

Just to say that who ever voted that x10 should close is an idiot and should actually go and find another hosting company if they were being serious because they wont find anyone who offers free hosting that is as good as x10. I have been with many hosting companies over that past two and a half...

It might have got damaged during the change over. I have had a two hard drives fail before (not a good experience) but if you lost any data itheir is some really nice recovery software i found that is "free". Not too sure what you can try. Incompatibilities with hard drives are almost un heard...
