Im not aware of a major problem on Cossacks but lotus has been showing the same status as you have reported on Cossacks for the last two weeks yet nothing that is reported offline is actually offline. I believe that it has not been fuctionong since the cpanel update was done. They are presently working on a patch for cpanel which should also fix some of these other problems i presume.

Are you experiencing any other website problems, problems with cpanel etc.?
