Effective tomorrow I am banning mass mailing scripts such as "CCmail"... after looking at who actually has it on their accounts I have found no legitimate use for it or some other popular mass mailing\mail bomb scripts. We are not a mailing service, we are a web host. If you have forums, etc...

Well, it is now at least 41 days until termination of an inactive account, updated from 24. So hopefully the additional time will allow for situations like this. In all honesty we would not be able to do 3 months, at least not anytime soon. It's not so much the space the accounts take up but...

They seem to be neverending... for some reason a bunch of accounts are missing their MX records which would cause issues with incoming Email. We're currently working with cPanel to find a solution to this... hopefully something automated. As far as I can tell the complaints started coming in...

When you say you setup google apps, did you make changes to your MX entries or anything?

If your account was removed from inactivity you would need to sign up again.

I'm going to guess it was suspended because of this: Be sure that any material that you put on your site OR link to you are legally allowed to do so. Breaking this rule will cause a permanent suspension.
