I will notify the admins about this and see if they can look into it. It is possible that Fris accounts will be transferred to another server if we can't get a response from cPanel about the connection limits. If we do have to migrate, databases should be automatically packaged and restored...

The admins have been notified of this problem and will try to fix it. Boru was never migrated. This is an entirely different problem than the migration problems.

The administrators are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it.

I don't think your databases have been deleted. Boru is having some issues with MySQL. Please be patient as the admins take a look into this,

That's a file error instead of a database error. It basically says that the /Sources/Sub-Ads.php file isn't there.

Well, as I said above, the administrators are working with cPanel to fix additional domain issues (parked, addon, subdomain) I'd wait until that work is done. Updates, if available, will be posted at http://status.x10hosting.com/ or http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/

.htaccess is a hidden file. If you are using FTP, make sure that you have the option to see hidden files and folders on. It should be in /home/bubynoa/public_html/

Now that you can login to cPanel, try deleting the addon and subdomain and re-adding them. This might fix any DNS issues.
