I don't believe you can, as we have a limit on how many subdomains you can have, and wildcard subdomains are not supported. You'd need at -least- wildcard subdomains for it to work, but they are disabled.

Normally faster, I have it running a manual unsuspension from here and I'll ping an admin to let them know the queue's runnings lower than normal so they can see if it's completely clogged or what happened.

And just to cover it, no service on x10hosting allows nulled software, so no service upgrade is possible.

Near as I can tell from the list, it might be the caching plugins; I see a handful of different filenames in the logs during the big spikes, which were 50%+ of the total CPU available for over 30 seconds, including at least 1 spike to 99%. That's almost definitely caching, or something similar...

Cleared from here; caching's probably one of the bigger causes of it. Bear with me for about 5 minutes; I'm gunna hit the logs and see if I can identify any one particular cause to try and make life a bit easier :)

They got back to me on the other part of the inquiry; the domain currently set on the account doesn't match either I ran it against. What domain is it registered under, and if it's not one on x10hosting, you have to update it with them to match one hosted here.

Please go into file manager. Go one level ABOVE public_html, and remove the .htaccess in your root directory. This is not a safe spot for a .htaccess, and it is breaking -everything- site related, as this one has quite a bit of code that can't work on x10hosting (such as setting php flags)

They've responded to half of my inquiry, it's showing it is a valid license #, we're still working on the other half of it. For now, I've unsuspended the account as it actually is a valid license now.
